Prepartion
Tools needed:Please open the carton from the top. Take out the bike and all parts. Find the small tool box and open it. Take out the tools from the tool box, which include 2 special wrenches. You need also a knife or scissors. Use it to cut the protection tapes on the bike and parts.
Before installation of trainning wheel, please remove the shaft protection film directly, please do not rotate. (this is to protect the packing parts for packing protect parts, need not use again).

Training Wheels Assembling
Training wheels Assembling: (Install the training wheel to make the bike stand, so that other parts can be fixed easier.) First, remove the protection film. (pull out protection film directly and do not rote it, otherwise rear axle nut will be disassembling). Second, unscrew the rear axle nut and shim, fix the training wheel stand and the nut. (Place training wheel stand face up to distinguish the left and right, the left one, the salient point is on the left, the right one, the salient point is on the right.)
Before the nuts are fully tightened, you can adjust the training wheel up or down to make the bottom of the training wheel have a clearance less than 5 mm up from ground. (Safety tips: too much clearance between training wheels and the ground may lead to unstable riding or even falling from the bike. (Let the training wheel stand get closed touch with positioning washer, the ear of the positioning washer has to be fixed in the clearance of the rear forks. )

Fixing the Front Wheel
Remove the protector on the front fork. Fix in the front wheel, and tighten the nuts. (The hook of the positioning washer should be plug into the holes on the legs of the front fork to ensures the front wheel not to be easily let out. )
Finally installing waterproof cap nut on both ends at the front axle and rear axle

Pedals Assembling
identify left or right in riding position
letter at the end of the axle of the pedals
"R":for right "L":for left
Look at the end of the axle of the Pedals and find out which is the left one and which is the right one. Screw the right pedal to the right crank and fixed it. Assembling the left pedal with the same way as above.
TIPS:
(THE LEFT PEDAL HAS TO BE FIXED ANTICLOCKWISE. )

Saddle Adjusting
lf the height of the saddle is not good for the child, please losse the quick release of the saddle post and adjust the height and direction of the saddle. Tighten the quick release to fix the saddle post to the right position.
(The tension of the quick release`s bolt can be adjusted by rotating the quick release handle. Please note the minimum insertion mark on the seat post shall be insert to the tube and can not be seen outside after fixing)
Split type saddle shall be assembled to the end which is far away of the scale line

Disc brake adjusting
Keep the proper clearance (usually should be less then 1mm) between brake rubber (a, b) and disc (d), to make sure the braking effects, and reduce friction noise in riding.
A. How to adjust the disc brake if the effect is not good:
①Rotating the wheels, observation the clearance between brake rubber and disc.
②Adjusting the one (a) with bigger clearance: rotate micrometer screw (c) in a clockwise direction to keep the clearance less then 1mm. (Attention: it should be very close but without touching.)
Adjusting the one (b) with smaller clearance: Rotate screw(e), tighten and adjust brake cable(f) to make the clearance between brake rubber (b) and disc less then 1mm. (Attention: much close to the rim will cause rubbing)
③Test the brake. Do the adjustment again as per steps ②③ if necessary, until the brake works well. If there is a rub, adjust as per the following steps (B).
B. How to adjust the disc brake if there is a rub in riding:
①Rotating the wheels, observation the clearance between brake rubber and disc.
②Adjusting the one (a) with smaller clearance: rotate micrometer screw (c) in a anti-clockwise direction to keep the clearance less then 1mm. (Attention: it should be very close but without touching.) Adjusting the one (b) with bigger clearance: Rotate screw(e), loose and adjust brake cable(f), to make the clearance between brake rubber (b) and disc less then 1mm. (Attention: much close to the rim will cause rubbing)
③Test the brake. Do the adjustment again as per steps ②③ if necessary until the brake works well. If the brake effect is not satisfactory, adjust as the above steps(A).
If the brake is broken or deformed, it unable to adjust well, please go to the professional bike repair point for help, or contact the after sales technicians.

Safety Warnings
lmportant information before first use
Parents and guardians should be aware of the following important information before allowing child to use the bike:
—There are potential risks caused by improper use of the bike. Parents and guardians should take the responsibility to guide and supervise the child before and during the use of the bike to ensure the safety of the child.
—The bike only be used in the garden, nurseries, playground and pavement. Public road use is prohibited.
—Only allow your chlid to ride the bike while wearing a cycle helmet.
—Teach your child how to use the bike, how to balance, steer and brake. Continue to assistant the child until he/she can ride and stop safely and independently.
—Keep away from the wet, uneven road during the use of the bike.
—Check the bolts and nuts to ensure they are tightened before each use.
—Check the function of the brakes before each use. Adjust it if necessary.
—Make sure the child wear trousers and strong shoes without lace to ride the bike.

Checking before Riding
Check your bike before every ride:
1. Make sure the saddle and handle bar are adjust to personal need.
2. Make sure the bolts are well tightened.
3. Make sure the pressure of the tyres are proper before riding. If the tyre is worn or got hurt, change it before use.
4. Make sure the brakes are working.
5. Check the head sets by swing the handle bar when holding the front brake. If clearance can be felt inside the head set, adjust the head set.

Chain adjusting
If the chain is loose, remove waterproof cap, loosen the nuts and washers, disassemble the two trainning wheels, loose two axis both sides nut, pull the rear wheel. After the pull, to chain the consistence, and then lock the nut lock.
If the Chain is too tight, pull the rear wheel forward (axial direction). Then lock the nut.

Accessories
The accessories (bags, carriers, stickers, water bottle, basket etc) may be different because of different batches. For detailed information, please contact local dealer.

The accessory list:
Some models provides the accessories such as a spike, bells, touch-up decals, customers can install or paste depending on own requirements.

Maintenance
1. Check all the bolts after a period of riding. Tighten the loosing bolts to avoid possible malfunction. Lose of parts may lead to safety problem.
2. Clean the bike if needed. Wipe the parts with dry clothe after the bike used in wet or muddy conditions, to avoid rusting of parts. If water have to be used to clean the dirt, dry it with clothe immediately.
3. Check the brakes before riding. If the brake rubber or band is worn out, change before next use to avoid safety problem.
4. Make sure the pressure of the tyres are proper before riding. If the tyre is worn or got hurt, change it before use. Do not bump the tyre too much for the first time riding or in the summer to avoid damage of the inner tube.
5. Lubricate the rotating parts from time to time to make sure they are turning well.
6. Adjust the saddle and/or stem to make sure the comfortable riding of the rider. Make sure the safety sign on the seat tube and stem not be seen outside. Adjust the saddle to make sure the right direction by loosen the quick release tightening the seat tube, making the adjustment and tighten it again.
7. Do not expose your bike outside for long time. Keep away from moisture and causticity conditions.
